This Sports Plus retail store, on Canal St. in the heart of New Orleans, needed a solution to protect the shoes and clothing on display in the window. The store owner has had an ongoing problem of shoes fading and changing color from being on display in the window. We installed Huper Optik Ceramic 70 onto the retail store front windows to help solve this problem. This film will knock out 99.9% of the UV rays to slow fading and 88% of the infrared light which helps reduce heat that damages the shoes and increases cooling costs. It was also important to the store owner that his merchandise remain visible from the exterior. With very low light reflectance on the Huper Optik Ceramic 70, this film worked perfect. You can easily see in the photos that there is only a slight difference between a treated window and one that is not. Shoes and clothing are not protected and customers can still view merchandise from the street. It\’s a good day!
